A little about me

I’m Ante

I’m a portrait and fashion, photographer, as well as a creative director, based in Abuja, Nigeria. I began photography in 2017 as a hobby, driven by curiosity, and over time it grew into a serious creative practice shaped by intention and experimentation.

Movement and Perspective

I was born and raised in Kaduna State, studied in Ogun and Lagos State and later moved to Abuja to settle. These shifts in environment have deeply influenced how I see people, culture, and space allowing me to approach stories from multiple perspectives.

Photography

Largely self-taught, I developed my visual language through hands-on practice, online learning, and meaningful exchanges with other photographers and creatives. My work focuses on presence, character, and honest storytelling, often sitting at the intersection of portraiture and editorial expression.
